page doesn't load all elements based on the resolution

Case tested on 
Chrome 32.0.7
Firefox 24.3.0
When page is loaded not all elements are loaded, based on the screen resolution,
if i zoom out the browser and reload the page all elements are loaded,
i suggest that you add a fixed side bar that contains an iframe with the elements, could work perfectly

forgot to mention that i cant scroll down the page to view the rest of the elements

Update:
The function seems to be working well, but i need to place the mouse over the elements and then scroll, but it's kinda tricky though, i recommend adding a scroll bar to clarify how to use the elements
